Who we are
We supply retailers and distributors for everything related to the household cleaning sector, Laundry and Cleaning, with the use of non-woven disposable and microfiber supports (dust catcher wipes, color catcher wipes, whitener wipes, blackener wipes, easy iron dryer sheets, dust catcher wipes with perfume and sanitizing essences, washing machine pouches with detergent and multi-function detergent, wet wipes for cleaning house, wet wipes for cleaning pets ). The complete service to the customer, the consumer safety, the innovative proposals are objectives that have always characterized and distinguished our Company.
Citysan was founded in 2009 in a 1500 square meters and from the beginning has focused on the design , production and supply of high quality products with a complete traceability of its raw materials; its real plus: flexibility and skill to look for innovative solutions. In this way the Company has successfully grown in Italy and in the European market and to provide better service it has moved to a new headquarters of approximately 3500 square meters.
Assure the full customer satisfaction is a constant incentive to improve our existing products and to develop new ones.
From headquarters located in Pove del Grappa (Vicenza), Citysan ships to major Italian and European distributors, organizing logistics too.
The management is characterized as follows: general management, sales department, buying/logistics office, technical office/production mnagement office, account department, quality office; while the operative section is characterized by production, warehouse/deliveries.
Special attention is given to the human resources and their training and to the partnership concept with our customers and suppliers, necessary bases for a large and general meaning of “quality”.
Our long experience in the main European markets and the competence achieved by our technical staff guarantee a valid support in defining the product and in the after-sales service..

Mission
Citysan is a manufacturer of household non-woven products for Laundry and Cleaning. It uses new technical fabrics that have several functions and only non toxic substances according tothe European REACH Reg. 1907/2006 CE, respecting Consumers health, respecting Operators health (taking care to grant an healthy working place, constantly improved with filters and new machineries) . Citysan ensures a complete traceability of all the raw materials used.

Quality and environment
he total quality for us means the control of all the materials used throughout the production steps, starting from the cooperation of only certified suppliers ending with an after-sales service. Our Company is certified ISO9001:2008 from the beginning of its activity and has maintained the certification standard currentlyn UNI EN ISO9001:2015 edition. From January 2018 we are certified with the IFS-HPC Version 2 "Scope 2" Standard-Household chemical products. Our products are in compliance with all the rules in force concerning health and nature protection in the distribution countries.

Since July 2017, Citysan Srl is actively committed in offering protection to forests and woods, with FSC® Certification for Chain of Custody STD 40-004-V3 Standard for COC Certification ( License code FSC-C136389), for certification of non-woven fabric in viscose derived from FSC certified forests

Research and development
International sales and distribution are our main activities for both private label and brands. Innovation is an important part of our business, as well as the development of customized products for our customers and with our customers. We collaborate with our Clients by providing our technical knowledge and our know-how in design and production giving competence and assistance in the R&D of new products and their marketing.
